Description: The aim of this call is to contribute to addressing the critical shortage of cybersecurity professionals in Bosnia and Herzegovina, while supporting inclusive and equal opportunities and social inclusion of people with disabilities. By focusing on empowering people with disabilities who are interested in cybersecurity, the project seeks to create pathways for their meaningful participation in the labor market. Through strategic collaboration and targeted interventions, the grantee aims to support a more diverse, resilient and inclusive cybersecurity sector in BA.
