PROJECT DESCRIPTION: OCA Global take on the role of Lender’s Technical Advisor (LTA) on behalf of Afreximbank (the Lender), for a proposed project to design, construction, ownership, operation, maintenance, financing, management and transfer of a solar photovoltaic plant in Pemba, Mozambique, with an estimated total cost of US$ 32.7 Million. As LTA, OCA Global conduct a comprehensive review of technical, financial, environmental, and commercial aspects of the project, identify discovered inadequacies, quantify the impact of these inadequacies (when possible) and recommend improvements to rectify any discovered inadequacies.
