Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This mid-term evaluation will evaluate i) the 15M€ grant to CILSS for the implementation of three components of the PAGR-SANAD; and ii) the Technical assistance service for the implementation of the PAGR-SANAD.
The PAGR-SANAD has the objective to ensure sustainable food security by developing the capacities required within regional institutions to strengthen the regional governance of food and nutritional security and agricultural policies.
