PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this contract is to ensure the safety and suitability of fortified biscuits for the EU-assisted School Feeding Programme, through providing support to the implementation of a quality assurance system that oversees manufacturing, delivery and storage operations that:
● Ensure the suitability of the fortified biscuits for the School Feeding Programme;
● Ensure the microbiological and chemical safety of the biscuits and the absence of physical hazards; and
● Ensures the biscuits are suitably fortified.
