PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The aim of the assignment is to strengthen the government’s capacity to improve efficiency of public financial management by supporting the Economic and Financial Reform Unit (CREF) in the collection, verification, consolidation and processing of economic and financial information, their analysis for the development and monitoring of the government financial operations, and the training of staff in charge of the government financial operations.
