PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The global objective of the consultancy service is to support the Government of Sierra Leone in building a transparent, accountable, performance-oriented and disciplined civil service with the highest standard of professionalism. This is to be achieved by supporting the Government of Sierra Leone in developing a comprehensive civil service training and staff development plan, including clear strategies for attracting, retaining and motivating the required skills for policy formulation and implementation, and the efficient delivery of public services.
