Service Required:

• Mop and buff floors once weekly.
• Strip and wax floors once every six (6) months.
• Clean mini window blinds and windows every six (6) months.
• Wash down walls and clean baseboards once every six (6) months.
• Sweep, empty trash cans (replace liners as needed) once a week.
• Wash down doors weekly.
• Clean air vents once weekly.
• Wash walls in restrooms once every three (3) months.
• Clean toilets and wash basins in restrooms weekly.
• Vacuum inside door mats once weekly.
