Description: A. De-limb trees (branches hanging lower than 12 feet in height), clearing/removal of shrubs and debris in areas A (A1, A2 and A3).
B. De-limb trees (branches hanging lower than 12 feet in height), clearing/removal of shrubs and debris in areas B (B4, B5, B6)
C. Wood debris from areas A1, A3, and B6 shall be ground/chipped in-place and then spread evenly like beauty bark.
D. Wood debris from areas A2, B4, and B5 shall be hauled off and disposed of offsite.
E. Precautions needed be taken to not damage utilities, irrigation system (waterlines & sprinkler heads) as well as preserve any sidewalks, curbs, and adjacent landscaping (identified during prework site walk). 
F. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, and all equipment necessary required to complete this project and the bid proposed shall cover any and all items cost incurred by the Contractor, such as but not limited to rental fees, hauling and dumping fees, etc. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work, all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
