Brief Description of the Contract: Development of urban risk assessments (URAs) to support decision-making and policy-making by 10 local governments in Latin America to better manage urban risks, including a risk management plan indicating how much of these risks can be transferred to local insurers. The services will be divided in two lots of 5 cities: Lot 2 for Brazil & South America
