MSs will receive advise&training on effective coop. with VNM ID. VNM ID will acquire new skills, capacities as well as know-how and best-practice. Impact: EU policy objectives will benefit from MSs’ best practise in cooperation with VNM authorities, ILOs’ improved coop. within the network and with VNM ID. These and VNM ID’s newly acquired skills and know-how will allow ILOs’ and EU MSs to effectively identify VNM citizens and their speedy and effective return. Methodology: PL BG HQ and ILO have, in coop. with VNM ID, identified areas where support to VNM ID would be most effective and beneficial to activities performed by ILOs, return operations, EU policy objectives as well as VNM ID. Basing on her experience as EURLO in VNM the ILO in Hanoi has also proposed that the project includes activities dedicated to a support of the ILO network serving the S-E Asia region. Such activities are necessary to improve communication, exchange of operational information, experiences and best practices, especially in the face of high turnover within the deployed ILOs.
