Objective: The GLOBAL2YOU project aims at consolidating the long-term experience and significant knowledge of the partners, in order to support the EYE strategy at local and EU level while increasing skills and learning opportunities of the new entrepreneurs in the five countries taking part in the proposal. The partnership aims reaching results and facilitate hundreds of exchanges with accomplishment; capitalise the lessons learnt and shared by the partners, as well as the good practices consolidated for a fresher and better-quality care to entrepreneurs and enterprises in the SMP area, before and after the exchanges, to formally establish path of cooperation between EEN and EYE; to increase the participation in EYE of female entrepreneurs, with tailored support to involve them; to offer direct assistance to entrepreneurs willing to access with greater confidence new markets in destinations beyond Europe as Singapore, United States and United Kingdom to learn and gaining new skills; to boost the performance of the two underrepresented countries that will be partners, Trkiye and Moldova. All this with the general objective of facilitating the floor to European SME owners and entrepreneurs to exchange knowledge and experience on how to start, growth and innovate their business supported by the broad experience of the partnership to successfully support 350 exchanges in the framework of this call contributing significantly to the general objective (2.000) of it and with more than double of the minimum target required (150).
