Objective: Green & Digital EXCITE, targeting Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI) companies, aligns with the EYE programmes goals of fostering entrepreneurship through practical training, experience sharing, enhancing market access, networking, and promoting sustainable, digital, and resilient business models. The project aims to establish 232 relationships (148 NEs/84HEs), providing young and aspiring CCSI entrepreneurs with practical experience, business acumen, and mentorship in essential areas such as business, leadership, and financial skills. This support is crucial for launching and sustaining successful ventures and aiding host entrepreneurs in transforming their business models through green and digital approaches via artistic and creative perspectives. By promoting international exchanges, the initiative assists 232 creative entrepreneurs and SMEs in building networks and partnerships beyond their home countries, facilitating the adaptation of business models for green and digital transitions (86 RLTs with digital and 52 with green business model). Supporting creative entrepreneurs drives economic growth and job creation in culture and creativity-related sectors. CCSI are crucial in the digital and green transition, inspiring technological applications through co-creation and art-based innovation. They support EU climate and environmental policies by visualizing sustainable futures and promoting local readiness for green projects, countering negative transformation narratives with empathy. The G&D consortium consists of eight experienced business support organizations, accelerators, and technology parks from Spain, France, Poland, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Slovakia, with half having experience in previous EYE cycles and three from underrepresented countries (84 RLTs in underrepresented countries). Additionally, the project aims to match 20 NE/HEs from Non-SMP countries and focuses on female matches with 75 RLTs.
