Objective:
Provision of data for optional parts of the ICT-ENT survey 2025 To better measure the outcome and advancement of the EU digitalisation strategy in Germany, there is a need for the provision of additional variables and breakdowns and increased coverage for the statistics on the usage of ICT in enterprises for the reference year 2025 (module 1). The statistics on the usage of ICT in enterprises are important to better measure the outcome and advancement of the EU digitalisation strategy. Therefore, the project intends to extend the survey in Germany by adding some of the optional variables to the questionnaire of the survey for the reference year 2025 (Sub-module 1.1: Optional variables of the project) and by transferring the results for the optional NACE breakdown (Sub-module 1.2: Optional NACE5 Rev. 2 activity breakdown of the project). The project will address the data needs of the EU and permit to show a better picture of the European digitalisation as the results offer the possibility to publish also data on these facultative parts of the survey on European level. With the continuous input from Germany the existing time series for the EU can be prolonged and existing data needs can be satisfied.
