Objective: The overall goal of the project is to promote cross-cultural dialogue among young women from rural European backgrounds and countries in Region 1 to foster the development of basic digital skills for starting and running small online businesses. In fact, in many rural communities, women face enormous challenges, including economic constraints, limited access to resources and educational and vocational opportunities, and cultural constraints thatlimit their economic and social participation. In many countries, women living in such settings, all things being equal, are still less included than men in the labor market, and those who do work are often in informal and precarious occupations. For this reason, promoting intercultural dialogue among young women is one possible response to these challenges. Through the exchange of experiences and knowledge, these women can learn from each other, sharing their own challenges and strategies for success. In addition, cross-cultural dialogue can help raise awareness of the situation of women in rural communities and promote the importance of women's empowerment and gender equality. The specific objectives of this project are: 1) Provide Youth Worker with practical counseling and career guidance tools to support rural women in defining online educational and vocational pathways. A 2) Encourage the creation of online workshops and trainings on specific topics related to digital entrepreneurship to provide rural women with practical skills to start and run small online businesses. 3) Create a network of support and collaboration among young women entrepreneurs from rural European and Region 1 backgrounds to increase tolerance, teamwork skills, enabling them to exchange resources and address common challenges through digital virtual exchange platforms.
