In order to help local SMEs to innovate, grow and scale up in the single market and beyond, SME2EUplus Consortium intends to build upon the experience and methodologies developed by the partners over the past year, while continuously developing the competences and skills of its advisors. The area covered by the project is characterized by a huge number of SMEs, mainly from manufacturing, but also from ICT, robotics, aerospace, chemical, renewable energy, environmental and life science, and also innovative SMEs and startups. SME2EU Plus 25-28 will supply an integrated set of basic and advanced services on the topics of main interest for the growth of these companies . The upgraded Team Build Share & Improve model will ensure a common quality system and a full client-centric approach within the consortium area, delivering high-impact services and integrating each partner’s competences when necessary. This, combined with the consortium strong commitment to develop and disseminate business culture, will enable local SMEs to ally their organizations with the needs of the new global challenges. The visibility of EEN services in the region will be increased by reaching out to new targets and stakeholders thanks to a renewed communication strategy and a stronger integration of EEN services within national and regional industrial and support ecosystem. Another strategic objective of the Consortium is to increase significantly its contribution to coordination and quality management of the Network, sharing with other partners its expertise and experiences with a focus on challenging topics such as resilience and future foresight
