Description

The objective of this assignment was working closely with UNDP, redesign MEDEP IV to the satisfaction of UNDP, GoN and AusAID by: addressing some of the outstanding gaps identified by AusAID; incorporating the recommendations from the independent appraisal in the redesign; and in doing so taking into consideration that MEDEP is a livelihoods programme and not a market development programme.
