Replacement of Public Lighting I. and II. Stage - Jičín City

2.1. Procedure:
Title: Replacement of public lighting, stages I and II – City of Jičín
Description: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the supply of luminaires and structural elements of public lighting for the reconstruction of public lighting in the city of Jičín, including the replacement of existing luminaires with new ones with LED sources with luminous flux regulation according to the performed lighting technical calculations and calculations of disturbing light demonstrating compliance with the required lighting technical requirements, and also includes the installation of structural elements and luminaires and the reconstruction of switchboards. Part 1: Replacement of public lighting - City of Jičín In Part 1 of the public contract, a total of 670 luminaires are intended for replacement in Jičín. The participant must declare and demonstrate savings in electricity consumption within the scope of the subject of the work in the amount according to its offer, at least 68.6% while complying with the normative values for road lighting in accordance with ČSN EN 13 201, ČSN EN 12 464-2 and TKP15 (for more details, see Annex No. 1 to this ZD). The participant shall prove the above-required energy savings by filling in the cover sheet of the offer with the installed power of the luminaires designed by him using the resulting data from the Luminaire Specifications table (see Annex ZD No. 8), while the total value of the installed power of the newly designed luminaires may not exceed 22970 W. Failure to meet the maximum limit of the total value of the installed power of the newly designed luminaires will be considered by the contracting authority as failure to meet the tender conditions and will be a reason for excluding the participant from the tender procedure pursuant to Section 48, paragraph 2 a) of the ZZVZ.
