The objectives of the Tourism Master Plan are, after assessment of the situation, to: formulate a long-term, comprehensive strategic Master Plan for tourism development in Nepal for both international as well as domestic tourists; and prepare a comprehensive 15-year Tourism Development Program comprising of a 3-year rolling plans.
