Overall objective / purpose of the assignment is to support SPHF in the selection of appropriate technological solutions while ensuring provision of safe, accessible, and sustainable drinking water, fecal sludge management (including containment, collection, transport, treatment, and disposal and recycling), street pavements and drainage facilities along with climate smart planning and muti-hazard resilience.
