This project includes renovation and adaptation of the ground floor of Public Revenue Office, Regional Office Skopje with aim to improve the physical environment of the new and larger Contact Centre/Call Centre premises, to expand the needed working space for providing services to taxpayers, front and back offices, as well as to provide user friendly environment for the taxpayers and the staff in the PRO’sContact Centre/Call Centre.
