Objectives:

Evaluation of the ILT Hospital Management programme.

Content:

The modular training programme “Hospital Management” is part of InWEnt’s “Developed Country Training” (Industrielandtraining – ILT) and consists of a preparatory phase in the home country, a 12-month presence phase in Germany with theoretical and practical technical training as well as a transfer phase/reintegration phase at the home country workplace. The programme aims to prepare young executive staff from African countries (Cameroon, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda and Tanzania) for responsible leading positions in the health sector in their home countries.

  • Evaluation preparation and conceptualisation;
  • Moderation and implementation of workshop;
  • Moderation of a discussion round;
  • Result analysis;
  • Final report.
