Description : “Safe Transport in the Opole Agglomeration” in the scope of: PART V “Reconstruction of Wrocławska Street including the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path on the section from the bridge over the Relief Canal to the intersection with Partyzancka Street” The subject of the contract is: • preparation of technical documentation, taking into account updates on applicable regulations and available materials; • Obtaining a notification for construction works covered by the scope of works in question; • Demolition of existing elements necessary to carry out this task; • Execution of earthworks, if necessary, soil reinforcement should be planned; • Construction of exits with a mineral-bituminous surface of at least two layers along the pedestrian and bicycle path, and in the remaining scope with a surface of concrete paving stones; • Construction of a new structure for a pedestrian and bicycle path with a minimum two-layer bituminous surface, substructure and bringing the subgrade to the G1 load-bearing category; • Construction of a right turn lane from Wrocławska Street into Partyzancka Street with a three-layer bituminous surface, substructure and bringing the subgrade to load-bearing category G1; • Construction of new edgings along the pedestrian and bicycle path; in the area of intersections, new kerbs and integration lanes with projections should be planned; edgings and kerbs should be placed on a concrete base with resistance; • Construction of drainage (efforts should be made to maximize the use of rainwater retention), if necessary, connection to the existing stormwater sewage system should be planned; • Cutting down trees and shrubs to the extent necessary for the implementation of the investment, together with stump grubbing, removal and disposal; • Elimination of conflicts with other networks and their securing, together with arrangements with the relevant network manager, including, among others, electrical and telecommunications, • Development, approval and implementation of a temporary traffic organization and a permanent traffic organization design, • Implementation of new vertical and horizontal signage, • Implementation of a service channel, 5.1.1. 5.1.2. 5.1.3. 5.1.6. 5.1.8. 5.1.10. 5.1.15. 5.1.16. • Implementation of green areas with sowing and possible planting, • Adjustment of external devices, if necessary, adaptation of external devices to the loads occurring on the road, • Implementation of finishing works, • Reconstruction of the road structure as a result of the ongoing construction works, • Reconstruction of street lighting and illuminated pedestrian crossings and an LED bicycle crossing through Ceglana and Partyzancka streets; • Reconstruction of the traffic light installation at the intersection of Wrocławska and Partyzancka streets, adapting it to the ITS traffic management system. In addition, two information and commemorative boards in size 120x60 should be manufactured and installed in accordance with the guidelines and the template provided at the linkhttps://www.funduszeeuropejskie.gov.pl/strony/o-funduszach/fundusze-2021-2027/prawo-i-dokumenty/zasady-komunikacji-fe/ and in the annex to the SWZ. The signs should be placed on two or one post (galvanized steel sheet with a bent edge).
