Description
The overall objective of this Call for Proposals is the empowerment of Syrian Non-State Actors (hereafter NSA) in poverty reduction and sustainable development strategies.
The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals are:
1) to strengthen the managerial capacity of Syrian NSA in advancing social and economic development, at local level;
2) to enhance the level of participation of Syrian beneficiaries to socio-economic development and raise awareness on sustainable development.
