Scope of Contract: Monitoring & Evaluation Consultancy Firm for KP RIISP

The main objective of this assignment is to support the Planning and Development Department’s (P&DD) Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) to monitor project progress, provide independent verification of project investments and activities, and support the evaluation of the project impacts. Specifically, this would include:

Design and roll out of an integrated monitoring framework and system to enable, monitoring of the project activities and to provide real-time updates to the PCMU and PIU Project Directors to address project implementation challenges;
Development of an integrated reporting format and produce regular reports that provide updates to the PCMU and the World Bank on progress towards agreed results and towards the project Mid Term Review;
Development and deployment of a robust third-party verification system for project activities, including monitoring of construction quality and E&S compliance,
Design and execution of project evaluations, including baseline and endline surveys to measure project impacts and measure progress towards project outcomes.
