Description: The primary objective of the consultancy assignment is to conduct a comprehensive environmental and socio-economic assessment of AUU fishponds in FMA 6 and 9. Specifically, the assignment will: 1. Determine the current ecological and socio-economic status of AUU fishpond lease agreements in FMA 6 and 9. 2. Identify and propose viable nature-based solutions and alternative income-generating activities. 3. Recommend land-use strategies that balance ecological restoration with livelihood enhancement. 4. Support policy reforms and investment decisions under the FISHCORE Project.
