Description: The current controllers and global control module on the HVAC air handling unit located in building 50 were installed in 2001. An upgrade is needed because this system is faulty, inefficient, and outdated. The HVAC system is comprised of a 50-ton Carrier condensing unit and a York air handling unit. Building 50 consists of multiple office and laboratory spaces on a single ground level floor, which air is provided to through 5 thermostat-controlled zones.
