Objective:
Sense Production, a Belgrade-based production company founded in 2010, focuses on nurturing both established and emerging filmmakers. The company brings socially engaged stories from the Balkans to European and international audiences, while also creating high-quality content for children and youth. Led by EAVE alumni Milan Stojanovi, Maja Popovi, and Marija Stojanovi, Sense Production is committed to projects that transcend geographical, gender, and generational boundaries. The current slate of projects represents a significant milestone in the company’s strategic growth, further enhancing its presence in the European and international audiovisual sector. By developing and producing content that resonates with diverse audiences, Sense Production remains dedicated to boundary-breaking cinema that contributes meaningfully to the European cultural landscape. This Mini Slate includes the development of 1 TV series, 2 feature films projects and 1 short animated film. ALIVE AND TREMBLING, a raw, high-pulse youth series shaped by the most exciting writing-directing duo of their generation, Nadja Petrovi and Nikola Stojanovi. Driven by a fast-track, low-budget model, the series is both a flagship of creative defiance and a clear signal of Sense’s commitment to the next wave of regional storytellers. BEFORE I FALL ASLEEP, the first fiction feature project directed by Senka Domanovic, a co-production between Serbia, Croatia, Germany and North Macedonia is intended primarily for cinema release. This social drama deals with position of marginalised individuals within deeply divided transitional societies. GOOSEBUMPS a genre-blending film combining horror, mystery, family drama, and historical anti-imperialism themes. Established as co-production between Serbia, North Macedonia and Romania and it is intending for primarily cinema distribution. Included short animated film THE CAT marks Sense’s first foray into animated children’s content, exemplifying the company's adaptability and commitment to nurturing new talents.
