Title : Project activity for the delivery of documentation "Construction modifications Block A and Block B"

Description : The subject of the contract is the performance consisting of focusing on the actual (current) state, development and delivery of project documentation in the details of the implementation project documentation, active participation in the implementation of public procurement for the construction contractor, performance of author's supervision during the construction period, performance and activities aimed at the implementation of construction works on part of the building Block A (6th floor) and Block B (1st floor) and proceedings according to the Building Act to the necessary extent in the premises of UNB Hospital akad. Dérera, Bratislava on the existing two buildings with the number 3362 built on the land parcel register "C" no.: 2848/6, the description of the building stated BED BLOCK, registered on LV no.: 2687, Bratislava V district, Bratislava - Petržalka municipality, cadastral area Petržalka and with the number 3363 built on the land parcel register "C" No.: 2848/9, description of the construction stated BED BLOCK, registered in LV No.: 2687, Bratislava V district, Bratislava - Petržalka municipality, cadastral area Petržalka. Designation of project documentation (PD) 1. PD: Construction modifications Block A, part 1 – inpatient ward on the 6th floor of the building (construction object) 2. PD: Construction modifications Block B, part 1 – inpatient ward on the 1st floor of the building (construction object) The subject of this contract also consists of the following services: — Project documentation of the actual state of the construction object — Implementation project documentation (hereinafter referred to as RPD) of the construction object — Approximate budget and descriptions of works /hereinafter referred to as PP/ of the construction object — Documentation of the actual construction of the PD of the construction object — Engineering activities (including consultations, possible studies and expertise) o Design supervision o Related activities
