2.1. Procedure

Title : Renaturalization of the water reservoir and elimination of sealing along with development of greenery as part of the project entitled Adaptation of the green and blue infrastructure in Płońsk to climate change

Description : The subject of the public procurement contract is a service consisting in the renaturalization of the Rutki open water reservoir and the removal of its sealing, along with the development of greenery as part of the task entitled: "Adaptation of the green and blue infrastructure in Płońsk to climate change." For this task, the Municipality of the City of Płońsk obtained funding under the call for proposals no.: FENX.02.04- IW.01-002/23, Measure FENX.02.04 Adaptation to climate change, prevention of disasters and catastrophes, Project type: Support for sustainable stormwater management systems with the participation of greenery/green-blue infrastructure/nature-based solutions. The service consists of: 1. Stage I - cleaning the bottom of the Rutki reservoir by extracting stone, gravel, sand and other materials from the bottom of the reservoir with an area of 59,125 m2 to a level of approx. 93.0 - 94.0 m above sea level (registration no. 1821/1 and 1821/4). The banks of the reservoir should be planted with aquatic vegetation. The planned scope does not include changes to the shoreline. 2. Stage II - removal of the sealing along with development of greenery on plot no. 1821/3 in Płońsk. The sealed area covers an area of 0.1075 ha. The area designated for green development is 0.1765 ha. The area should be developed with native, climate-resistant greenery, increasing the diversity of the flora existing in the area. It is recommended that Phase II be implemented after the completion of Phase I to avoid potential damage to the newly designed vegetation.
