The entity performing said consulting services, herein referred to as the Program Management Consultant (PMC), will be responsible to serve as the project manager, technical representative and construction supervision engineer for MCA-Jordan.
The key tasks will include the following:
• Developing and maintaining implementation work plans.
• Identifying implementation/completion risks and developing risk management tools to avoid, mitigate, or manage such risks.
• Monitoring overall performance of all consultants and contractors for quality, compliance with Contract documents, and relevant local laws and standards, as well as MCC-specific standards such as MCC’s Gender Policy, Approach to Trafficking in Persons, and Environmental Guidelines.
• Reviewing and approving all deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Assisting with obtaining needed permits and documentation required for construction.
• Providing full office and field construction supervision services.
• Assisting MCA-Jordan in all disputes and claims procedures.
• Managing requests for information and change order requests, reviewing request for payments, providing full time resident engineers, monitoring progress and scheduling, and providing technical advice to MCA-Jordan.
