Implementation Advisor Services
The objectiveof these consulting services is to advise the MPWT on all facets of project implementation so as to ensure the efficient and effective completion of the project, with the exception of: (a) the preparation of the IDA and ADB/AusAID Year 1, 2 and 3 and RGC Year 1 civil works, which are the subject of separate consultant services, and (b) the procurement of IDA financed works, goods and services – which are handled by an International Procurement Agent.
