Description: The overriding purpose of this performance evaluation is to independently assess the overall performance of the project-in terms of achievements and challenges faced during implementation-and to identify actions aimed at improving management during the remaining life of the project. Thefindings are also necessary to inform the design and implementation of similar projects in line with the USAID/Ethiopia Country Development Cooperation Strategy. A Team Lead and a Logistical support from an independent organization are determined to be used to conduct the over all performance evaluation of the project.
