Description

The Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro is seeking proposals for the implementation of the Civil Society Development Programme in Montenegro with financial assistance from IPA 2009.The Programme will support civil society organisations in increasing transparency and accountability of the public administration, judiciary and the Parliament and in contributing to EU processes in Montenegro. It will also support the initiatives aimed at the improvement of the organisational sustainability and capacity of civil society organisations do deliver services.
