Project title: YouthPower Project
This is the first task order to be issued under the YouthPower Evidence and Evaluation multiple award IDIQ. It was competed at the same time as the contract awards.
Scope: The overall objective of YouthPower is to strengthen local, national, and global youth systems and programs to achieve sustainable positive youth outcomes in health, education, and political and economic empowerment, and to increase youth engagement in development efforts.

Duration: The period of performance for the contract is five (5) years
