Narrative Decription of the Project:

 The scope of work comprises the Design of Wadi Al Jazeer Bridge including the part of the road starting from Bilad Sur Roundabout upto the end of the realignment. The works include the approach roads to tie-in with the existing network, wadi protection works, utilities protection/relocation as may be necessary and incidental construction. The bridge has a total lenght of 130 meters with 5 no. 28 meters long spans.The bridge is constructed withpost tensioned precast beams. Piles are used for the foundations. Traffic management and Safety is an important component of the work. Normal traffic flow must be safely maintained at all times in coordination with the ROP.
