Contract for: Commercial Advice to the Senior Executive of the St Helena Airport Project Board

Objective:

The objective of the services is to provide Commercial Advice to the Senior Executive of the Project Board, through the design and construction phase of the project. The Project Board comprises DFID, the St Helena Government and Basil Read (Pty) Ltd.

This document sets out the terms of reference for a supplier to support the Project Board (through the Senior Executive) with the monitoring, analysis and management of commercial project risk through the design and implementation phase.

The Project Board wishes to appoint a supplier to act as their commercial representative on the project. The supplier will monitor and report to the Senior Executive of the Project Board on commercial issues relating to the St Helena Airport. In particular the supplier will work with the Project Management Unit (Halcrow) to help the Project Board ensure the effective management and performance of the Senior Supplier from a commercial perspective.
