Scope of Contract: Consulting services for undertaking geodetic surveying works, technical recording and passportization of public highway M-03 Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhanskyy on sections km 18+000 – km 35+000, km 41+311 – km 191+400 and section of regional highway R-03 North-East bypass of Kyiv, km 0+000 – km 19+256 with approaches to public highway M-03, km 0+000 – km 5+500

The consulting services ("the Services") include services for undertaking geodetic surveying works to determine the spatial coordinates of the road and related infrastructure and facilities and to prepare an electronic passport for the road.

The main objective of the assignment is:

(i) Geodetic survey of defined features of the above mentioned highway sections by reference to the State geodetic referencing coordinate system USK-2000 which will form a referential basis for production of a Digital Highway Passport.

(ii) Recording digitally the position, description and attributes of defined road assets existing on the road and

(iii) Preparation of an electronic passport for the road which will be used in the course of implementation of an Output and Performance-Based Road Contract (OPRC).

The assignment is to be performed within mentioned sections of public highway M-03 Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhansky.
