Setting up of a Multi-Donor trust fund for peace in Myanmar (MDTF)

Global objective:
The global objective of the assignment was to design the MDTF, in order to ensure its prompt, smooth and efficient functioning.
Specific objectives:
The specific objectives were to come up with the Terms of Reference (ToR), the fund management procedures and governance arrangements (including steering and working committees as appropriate) for the MDTF.

Assessed the rationale, feasibility and coherence of the proposed options, taking into account the strategic impact that the MDTF could achieve
Ensured the adoption of a conflict sensitivity approach
Suggested the most adequate modalities for the setting up and the implementation of the MDTF
Prepared Inception Report
Prepared All key documents related to the MDTF
Draft Report produced, including the designing of the steering and working committees, of the management procedures and governance arrangement of the MDTF
Final Report produced, with the same specifications as above, incorporating any comments received from the EU Delegation and other PDSG partners on the Draft Mission Report
