Description
Global objective:
To evaluate the results so far achieved by the Reproductive Health and Population support Package implemented through HDC support and accompanying measures.
Specific objectives:
In cooperation with the HDCs and the HPTSU revise and evaluate the results so far achieved;
In cooperation with the HDCs and the HPTSU revise the reporting system between HDC and MoPHP and if necessary elaborate a system that can be effectively implemented;
Evaluate the extent to which the supporting measures (last three contracts in the table above) contributed to the HDC work;
In case the evaluation highlights needs that cannot be addressed through the routine implementation of the projects (limited to the HDC), provide a feasible and costed plan.
In cooperation with the HDCs and the HPTSU revise the legal status (including the by laws) governing the HDCs and draft a plan for its scale up and/or modifications, if necessary.
Description:
Wrote a final report outlining the roll out of the mission and reporting on all major bottlenecks encountered;
Did data sheets summarising the findings, the state of play with a geographic focus as well as a thematic focus. The number and diversity of data sheets produced would mainly depend on the availability/quality of data retained.
