The scope of the work is expected to cover at least 64 focus group discussions and 64 semi-structured interviews of the rural youth in the four major regions of the country (Oromia, Amhara, Tigray and SNNPR). Within each region four woredas will be selected and within each woreda two Kebeles will be chosen. During sampling of Kebeles it is expected to consider both remote and well-connected Kebeles. Participants in the focus group discussion and semi-structured interviews will be selected based on their literacy level, ownership of land, family background and their access to information.
