Description

This project will assist the Kosovo Transmission System and Market Operator on demand planning, on the implementation of Grid code and connection agreements, implementation of market rules, on regulatory reporting and financial management. The assistance will mainly focus on fulfilling the requirements for participation in the regional market as required by the Energy Community Treaty.
