Project Description: The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland awarded Danish Management with the exciting task of evaluating the Energy and Environment Partnership (EEP) and Southern and East Africa programme. The evaluation aimed to provide accurate, credible, reliable, and useful data on the implementation of the second phase of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland’s EEP Southern and East Africa Programme. A more specific element of the evaluation is the goal of analyse the effectiveness and potential impact of EEP and why certain countries have received more support, and what implications it might have for the future of selection of countries.
