Project decription:

The analytical - consulting note providing the analysis of technical possibilities to stop the domestic hot water supply to the Lithuanian district heating plants during the non-heating season was prepared. The long-term technical, economic and social consequences of such a decision were evaluated and a draft proposal to the authorities was prepared.
