A fully South African owned specialist water and effluent treatment company.
We have been operating successfully for 11 years and the combined experience of our skilled staff exceeds 1500 projects.We cover the whole spectrum of water and effluent treatment from conception, equipment manufacturing, right through to final commissioning and even operation and service of works and equipment, including process performance and optimization services.
The company has its own design, manufacturing, installation and service divisions. All our products have been developed from first principles and we proud ourselves in soundly engineered products.
We are operating all over Africa and can execute projects under difficult logistical and operating environments.We understand the character of the African continent, the world and its people and realise that after all, the company and our clients are just normal people that must be treated with equal and mutual respect. We can do full plant designs for clients including:
Process Design and plant lay-out. This normally entails drawings and 3D models of total works. We have extended design and simulation models for all configurations.
CFD analysis: We are using top end software to simulate hydraulic and process related equipment and use the same techniques in optimization of hydraulic structures or process units.
Mechanical design, electrical design and scope.
In many cases we will do the process design and 3D plant drawings for a client. The client can then utilize his own civil engineer to do structural design and civil works, while we will then handle the process, mechanical, electrical work and commissioning and operation of the works. We can however still do the civil works through our subsidiaries, is so preferred.
