The National Institute for the Deaf - INSOR, has as its main objective to promote, from the Education sector, the development and implementation of Public Policy for the Social Inclusion of the Deaf Population.

We are a public entity attached to the Ministry of National Education of Colombia. Our mission is to guide and promote relevant public policies for the effective enjoyment of the rights of the deaf population of Colombia.

We currently have two major projects:

  1. Colombia First in Education for deaf people.
  2. Environment of Rights
