On 22 October 2018, WorleyParsons Limited (“WorleyParsons”) (“Company”) entered into a binding agreement to acquire Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.’s (“Jacobs”) Energy, Chemicals and Resources division (“Jacobs ECR”).

Worley is a leading global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals and resources sector.

In December 2017 CH2M had been acquired by Jacobs Engineering Group, a Dallas Engineering firm.

CH2M acquired Halcrow in 2011. We’re a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a hugely diverse range of design, engineering and business skills. Our focus is on the big issues society faces today – water, transportation, energy, and the need for places to live and work – and how these fit sustainably into the world around us.
