About

Public body, the Office of Development Cooperation (BDECo) was created September 18, 1962 as an administrative structure dependent on the Presidency of the Council of Government. With the importance given by the public authorities to the cooperative sector, the need for its restructuring has become essential; hence its conversion into a public establishment enjoying the legal personality and the financial autonomy called the Office for Development of Cooperation (ODCO) in accordance with the Dahir of August 3, 1975 with specific attributions oriented mainly to support cooperatives in areas of training, information and legal support.

- Develop knowledge of the Moroccan cooperative sector.
- Structuring the cooperative sector into unions and federations.
- Popularize the law 112.12 to facilitate its application.
- Encourage the creation of new cooperatives.
- Support and support existing cooperatives.
- Develop relationships and partnership actions.
- Modernize the tools, the means, and the procedures of intervention.
