The Humanitarian Foundation for Children “BUTA” (HCF) is a non-governmental humanitarian foundation. It was registered on July 17, 1995 with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The mission of the organization is to engage in the problems of refugees, IDPs, people with disabilities and children without parental care, as well as in improving the environment of vulnerable children.
The main directions of activity implemented by “BUTA” include psychological rehabilitation, community development programs, youth initiatives, education, and research.
