ACTD stands for Afghanistan Center for Training and Development. ACTD is an Afghan national NGO, founded in March 2007, and registered with Ministry of economy and Ministry of public health (MoPH) of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. ACTD is the product of consultations, assessments and dialog among well versed professionals of the current development and democratization stream of Afghanistan. Immediately after establishment, ACTD focused on aligning its structures and systems to the higher needs of the country and international standards of non-profit practice.
