CPCS is a global management consulting firm providing strategic advisory services specific to transportation and power infrastructure, operations, investment, policy and regulation. We specialize in mobilizing private investment for public infrastructure, including through public-private partnerships (PPPs) and transaction advisory services, more broadly.

Formerly the consulting arm of the iconic Canadian Pacific Railway (consulting group established in 1969), CPCS has evolved into an independent (1986) employee-owned professional services firm, with a track record of providing clear, high value-added advice to clients in the infrastructure space.

To date, CPCS has completed over 1,400 projects in more than 120 countries. Clients include all levels of government, private sector investors and infrastructure owners, bilateral and multilateral agencies, as well as international financial institutions, such as the World Bank.
